Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a restaurant/outlets leader to oversee daily restaurant and room service operations, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will direct bar operations, staff development, and ensure adherence to safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes strong supervisory communication, operational budgeting, and guest service excellence within a premier hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Requires thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Supervision/management communication skills are required.
• Ability to investigate and analyze information and make recommendations based on policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Direct day-to-day operations of bar operations.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
• Forecast and monitor budgets to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
