Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead in Fairborn, Ohio for a full‑time, 4am–12pm shift, five days a week to oversee the in-store foodservice area and ensure safe, clean, stocked conditions while delivering excellent guest service.

You will manage equipment, dating, temperatures, SOP adherence, and staff training, maintaining high standards and compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate with guests.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling transactions.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to stock, date and rotate food products safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Turn on equipment, stock and date items, ensure food safety.
• Maintain temperature logs and product availability 5AM–12PM, Monday–Friday.
• Order and ensure foodservice supplies to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Train and supervise associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
