Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for a full-time, early-morning schedule in Ohio. The role involves maintaining a safe, clean foodservice area, managing food prep and stock, and ensuring HACCP-compliant practices.

Responsibilities include operating the Roller Grill, oven, and warmers, logging temps, and training staff on SOPs while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience. Competitive pay range is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be Food Safety certified in accordance with state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Proficient in operating store equipment including POS terminals and gas console.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide and ensure correct dating.
• Prepare condiments with proper dating; manage oven and warmer usage.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice stock from 5AM to 12PM; prevent out-of-stocks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of foodservice and display areas.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
