Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead in Columbus. The role requires full-time hours Monday through Saturday, 4am-12pm, with a focus on safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas and exceptional guest experience.

You will help lead foodservice programs, supervise procedures, and train staff while ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies. The position emphasizes accurate food preparation, inventory control, and maintaining product quality across all foodservice

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is required.
• Ability to operate POS and assist with foodservice tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service following UDF standards.
• Operate and monitor foodservice area for safety and quality.
• Ensure proper dating, rotation and stocking of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas.
• Assist with training other team members on foodservice programs.
