Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Food & Beverage Lead to manage a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area in our Cincinnati store. You will oversee foodservice programs, product offerings, equipment, and SOPs while helping teammates grow foodservice sales.

You will follow The Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure compliant operations, including alcohol and tobacco sales where allowed. This role requires training staff, maintaining logs, and keeping all foodservice areas organized and safe throughout

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Food Safety certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Turn on equipment, stock and date items to ensure food safety.
• Maintain temperature logs for foodservice areas and ensure proper dating.
• Prepare and stock dipside items and condiments.
• Ensure foodservice supplies are ordered to prevent stockouts.
• Train and coach associates on foodservice programs during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all foodservice areas.
