Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking a Full-Time Food Lead to manage and execute safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas. You will oversee routine food prep, keep accurate temperature logs, and uphold food safety standards while delivering excellent guest service.

The role covers daily responsibilities from 4am to 12pm, five days a week, with a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour, supporting a hands-on leadership position in-store.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Food Safety certification per UDF/state regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift at least 21 pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly and ensure preparation for guests at all times.
• Prepare and stock dipside items, shakes, sundaes and ice cream products.
• Operate POS system, process transactions, and manage gas sales and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and food safety across all foodservice areas.
• Train teammates on foodservice programs and SOPs during shifts.
