Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Food Lead for a full-time, five-day schedule (Mon–Sat, 4am–12pm) in Newark, OH. You’ll oversee safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas, operate equipment, follow SOPs, and ensure compliance with all laws and company policies.

You’ll train other associates on foodservice programs, maintain temperature logs, prevent out-of-stocks by ordering supplies, and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF, state regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and foodservice supplies as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean and stocked foodservice area and follow SOPs.
• Assist guests and uphold The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and procedures.
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure proper dating and food safety.
• Order and manage foodservice supplies to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of foodservice areas.
