Job summary

United Dairy Farmers (UDF) is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead in Dayton, OH. This Full Time role runs Mon-Sat from 4am to 12pm, with a five days per week expectation. The position oversees safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas and supports associates in growing foodservice sales.

The role emphasizes service excellence per the Hi Five Guest Experience, store policy adherence, and compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales regulations. Training and leadership of staff are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Food Safety certification subject to state rules.
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Able to lift up to 21 pounds and work in cool/freezing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate foodservice equipment, ensure products are dated and safe.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of foodservice areas.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and assist Guests on shift.
• Assist with ordering and stocking to prevent Out of Stocks.
