Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to oversee the safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area in our Urbana, OH store. You will manage foodservice programs, equipment, and SOP adherence while supporting fellow associates to drive foodservice sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires staying current with program changes, training staff on foodservice procedures, and maintaining proper dating, temperatures, and product availability during early morning hours.

Qualifications

• Must maintain food safety standards and logs.
• Strong customer service and communication with Guests.
• Ability to train and supervise other associates during shift.
• Knowledge of foodservice programs and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, date and food safe.
• Prepare fresh condiments with proper dating.
• Operate HTG Oven & HTG Warmer, prepare sandwiches per SOPs and expiration times.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice product availability Monday–Friday, 5AM–12PM.
• Follow The Hi Five Guest Experience and assist Guests.
