Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food Lead to oversee a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area in our Ohio store, ensuring SOP adherence and assisting other associates to boost foodservice sales.

The role includes maintaining food safety practices, following The Hi Five Guest Experience, and ensuring all sales transactions comply with laws, including alcohol and tobacco controls, during shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS, gas console and cash handling.
• Ability to count money, make change and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas per SOPs.
• Assist guests following The Hi Five Guest Experience phases.
• Ensure proper dating, food safety, and temperature logs.
• Order foodservice supplies to prevent stockouts.
• Train associates to execute foodservice programs on shift.
