Job summary

Metro West Nursing & Rehab Center in Orlando, FL is seeking a Growth-Oriented leader for our Food & Nutrition Program. The role requires a CDM/Dietetic Technician or Registered Dietitian to lead patient and resident meals and therapeutic diets in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Dietetic Technician or Registered Dietician is REQUIRED.

• Supervise the preparation and service of planned menus, nourishments, and supplements.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, patients, and their families.
• Provide oversight and management of the center's Dietary Aides and Cooks.
