Job summary

Metro West Nursing & Rehab Center in Orlando, FL is seeking a Growth-Oriented leader for our Food & Nutrition Program. The role requires a CDM/Dietetic Technician or Registered Dietitian to lead patient and resident meals and therapeutic diets in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Dietetic Technician or Registered Dietician is REQUIRED.
One (1+) year food service experience in an institutional or health-related setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the center's Food & Nutrition Program.
Supervise the preparation and service of planned menus, nourishments, and supplements.
Provide nutrition education to residents, patients, and their families.
Provide oversight and management of the center's Dietary Aides and Cooks.
