Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Sarasota, FL seeks a Dietary Manager to lead the center's Food and Nutrition Program. You will supervise menus, nourishments, and therapeutic diets, and provide nutrition education to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Certification as one of the following is required: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Dietetic Technician or Registered Dietician.
