Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead nutrition services within a healthcare setting, delivering personalized meal planning and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise kitchen operations, manage menus and costs, and collaborate with care teams to support residents’ dietary needs while advancing training and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Dietary Manager program or related foodservice degree.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with active credential status.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in foodservice management, healthcare preferred.
• Familiarity with enteral nutrition, wounds, weight management, and hemodialysis is a plus.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of state survey processes and nutrition care compliance.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.

• Familiarity with enteral nutrition, wounds, weight management, and hemodialysis is a plus
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of state survey processes and nutrition care compliance
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Experience with electronic charting (e.g., Point Click Care) is a bonus
