Use your expertise to plan and coordinate different special events, guide an amazing team of servers and bartenders, and exceed the club's financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise all F&B departments at course
  • Quality assurance, customer service and training of all employees
  • Hires, supervises and develops all catering and pub employees
  • Conduct training and refresher courses for all F&B personnel
  • Maintain cost controls and conducting a monthly inventory
  • Keep in mind the financial goals of club and plan accordingly
  • Coordinate and attend all BEO (Banquet Event Operations) meetings in order to ensure a smooth flow between the sales staff, kitchen, and yourself
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenues
  • Plan and coordinate special events and functions

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Must have 3-5 years of related F&B management
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
  • Must have proven management experience
  • Must have strong business aptitude
  • Must have strong service orientation
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented

Working Conditions:

  • Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 60 lbs. occasionally
  • Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
  • Work weekends and holidays
  • Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
