Drives End User Sales Liaison Manager - Food & Beverage

Drives End User Sales Liaison Manager - Food & Beverage will foster new relationships with end users to build brand awareness and cultivate sales! Accountable to understand VFD, industrial controls, and automation systems within Food & Beverage. The successful SLM will make inroads with end users to uncover their pain points and collaborate with their Danfoss colleagues to create tailored solutions. The successful SLM possesses the right combination of people skills and industry background to deliver the best value and experience to our customers. You'll be responsible for being the primary point of contact for the target end users, ensuring that their needs are communicated back to Danfoss.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  2. Food and Beverage encompasses production, packaging, and distributing products meant for human consumption.
  3. Key collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Service, Product Management & Development, Supply Chain, and Application Development Centre infrastructures.
  4. Providing feedback from the end user regarding Danfoss solutions.
  5. Demonstrate vertical expertise to build trust and confidence.
  6. Develop sustainable cross-functional relationships between Danfoss and end users for long-term partnerships.
  7. Participate in "WIN ROOM" activities to leverage internal stakeholders for key accounts.
  8. Keep Salesforce records up to date regarding new business opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with the Channel Sales Team to find solutions for customers.
Travel & Job Location

Up to 70% domestic travel with limited international travel. This role is for a remote employee, ideally located in the Midwest, Gulf, or Eastern US, traveling within North America as needed.

Background & Skills
Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years' front-line industry experience selling to End Users, OEMs, Integrators in Automation and Electrical Equipment, preferably with VFD background.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Salesforce preferred.
  • Existing network within the industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of VFD and Motion Control markets is preferred.
