Drives End User Sales Liaison Manager - Food & Beverage

Drives End User Sales Liaison Manager - Food & Beverage will foster new relationships with end users to build brand awareness and cultivate sales! The accountabilty includes understanding VFD, industrial controls, and automation systems within Food & Beverage. The successful SLM will make inroads with end users to uncover their pain points and collaborate with their Danfoss colleagues to create tailored solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a mix of people skills and industry background to deliver value and exceptional customer experience. You will be the primary contact for target end users, ensuring their needs are communicated back to Danfoss.

Job Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage encompasses production, packaging, and distributing products meant for human consumption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Product Management & Development, Supply Chain, and Application Development Centre infrastructures.
  • Provide feedback from end users regarding Danfoss solutions.
  • Demonstrate vertical expertise to build trust and confidence with customers.
  • Develop long-term relationships between Danfoss and end users for sustainable partnerships.
  • Participate in "WIN ROOM" activities leveraging internal stakeholders for key accounts.
  • Maintain updated Salesforce records regarding new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Channel Sales Team to find suitable solutions for customers.
Travel & Job Location

Up to 70% domestic travel with limited international travel. This role is remote, with travel within North America as needed. Preferred locations include the Midwest, Gulf, and Eastern US regions.

Background & Skills
Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of front-line industry experience selling to End Users, OEMs, and Integrators in Automation and Electrical Equipment, preferably with VFD background.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce preferred.
  • Existing network within the industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of VFD and Motion Control markets is advantageous.
