Job summary

Live! Hospitality & Entertainment is seeking a Front-of-House Supervisor to oversee daily service in a fast-paced venue in New Jersey.

The role requires leading a team, enforcing standards, coordinating staffing, and ensuring guest satisfaction through training and procedure adherence. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, fluent English, and the ability to manage budgets, safety compliance, and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more outlets or assigned portion.
• Plan and organize work and communicate policies.
• Train and certify staff and ensure proper tools and equipment are available.
• Greet guests, handle complaints, and implement service recovery.
• Assist in marketing programs and menu development.
• Monitor restaurant performance through guest feedback and financial results.
• Maintain security of inventory, cash, and transfers; replenish supplies and minimize waste.
• Achieve revenues, control expenses and labor costs; assist in budgeting.
