Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the FOH staff.
• Help train new employees on service standards and procedures.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support.
• Step in during busy shifts to assist service as needed.
• Monitor dining room atmosphere, cleanliness, and service timing.
• Coordinate with BOH for smooth service execution.
• Handle cash management and POS system support.
