Nafi Recruiting seeks enthusiastic Front of House / Back of House staff to join our hospitality team in New Jersey. Roles may include greeting guests, seating, taking orders, and relaying requests to the kitchen.

You will manage reservations, respond to guest concerns, assist during busy periods, and help ensure smooth service from arrival to checkout. This position is on-site, with opportunities to develop service skills across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed during peak times.

Responsabilités

• Managing walk-in, online and telephone reservations.
• Responding quickly and sympathetically to customer concerns.
• Supporting colleagues during busy periods, including taking orders, serving meals and clearing tables.
• Liaising with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.
