The role requires a minimum 1 year in hospitality customer service and 1 year in management, with a strong focus on communication and problem solving. Weekend availability and flexibility are needed to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in a hospitality environment.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in management in a hospitality environment.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification required.
• Experience with guest services management and demonstrates leadership abilities.
• Flexibility to work closing shifts and during weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and address issues professionally.
• Motivate and guide team members to surpass customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and sanitation regulations.
• Assist General Manager with enforcing store procedures and policies.

• Assign duties based on roles to optimize productivity.
• Supervise staff and assist with tasks to maintain efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Train new and existing team members on roles and responsibilities.
