Job summary

Village Inn is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team in overseeing restaurant operations and staff during an assigned shift, ensuring standards, recipes, quality, timeliness and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise employees, enforce policies, keep the restaurant clean, drive guest service excellence, mentor team members, and contribute to controlling costs and labor while delivering reliable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance is required.
• Annual re-certification training and quizzes are required.
• NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees during scheduled shifts.
