Job summary

Village Inn in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to partner with the General Manager and keep the restaurant running at its best. You will lead by example, build an engaged team, and ensure guests leave with a reason to return.

We value leaders who love hospitality, coach others, and create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; ServSafe certification is preferred or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people leadership.

• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain it after hire).
