Job summary

Village Inn in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to partner with the General Manager and keep the restaurant running at its best. You will lead by example, build an engaged team, and ensure guests leave with a reason to return.

We value leaders who love hospitality, coach others, and create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; ServSafe certification is preferred or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

Restaurant leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and people leadership.

Passion for coaching, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain it after hire).
