Qualifications

• Minimum one year of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver9s license and car insurance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Serve Safe certifications preferred; Management Training Program after hire.

Responsibilities

• Increase guest counts and sales by developing guest loyalty and staff development.
• Ensure proper facility/equipment management with preventive maintenance and safety/compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, retain, supervise and schedule employees for restaurant operations.
• Provide training and development for staff and trainers; document adherence to guidelines.
• Ensure employees understand and follow company policies and procedures.
