Bubba’s 33 in Buford, GA is seeking a rockstar Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage FOH employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for our guests.

You’ll drive sales, train staff, coach performance, manage liquor costs, and schedule teams while upholding safety and compliance. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Experience leading Front of House teams and operations.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to train and develop staff, coach performance, and conduct evaluations.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Experience scheduling shifts and managing costs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all Front of House daily operations and staff.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide FOH training and manage performance evaluations.
• Manage liquor orders and control costs; ensure compliance with laws.
• Interview and hire FOH staff; schedule hours and tasks.
• Foster a fun, safe environment with core values and incentives.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures and standards.
