Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You’ll lead FOH employees, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for every guest.

In this role you’ll manage training, performance reviews, scheduling, liquor ordering, and compliance with liquor laws. A fun culture with growth opportunities awaits in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing Front of House operations.
• Experience managing staff and scheduling.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee cleanliness and safety of guests at all times.
• Provide or direct Front of House training.
• Manage performance, evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Oversee liquor orders and control costs.
• Direct staffing, scheduling, and task assignments.
