Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Service Manager to oversee Front of House daily operations, manage Front of House staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. If you have a passion for people and guest experience, apply today!

As Service Manager, you will lead training, scheduling, and performance reviews, while controlling liquor costs and maintaining safety standards in a dynamic restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in hospitality.
• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, training, and coaching.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.
• Proven track record of driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training.
• Manage Front of House staff performance, including coaching and discipline.
• Oversee liquor orders and costs; enforce safe liquor practices.
• Lead staff development through daily feedback and one-on-ones.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and hire Front of House staff.
• Schedule work hours and assign tasks across open hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment with core values and incentives.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are understood and followed.
