Havana-Central in New York (FOH) seeks an experienced Front of House Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will report to the General Manager and supervise all FOH staff across opening, mid and closing shifts, ensuring top service, smooth operations, and consistent brand standards.

The role emphasizes guest relations, staffing optimization, and responsible financial oversight, including P&L awareness, labor controls, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• COVID-19 vaccination and safety compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• P&L knowledge and cost/labor controls.
• ServSafe Food Manager + Alcohol Awareness Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all FOH functions on opening, mid or closing shift.
• Manage guest relations and staffing levels.
• Ensure proper ambiance, housekeeping and food quality.
• Handle emergencies and department profit/cost centers.
