Job summary

Momofuku is seeking an Experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations at the New York location. You will work closely with the General Manager, directing service standards, guest experience, and staff training to uphold Momofuku's culinary and hospitality excellence.

You will manage scheduling, performance feedback, and front-of-house initiatives, while collaborating with back-of-house leadership to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests and consistent

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of restaurant management experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and lead front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Make day-to-day decisions with GM to maintain quality restaurant operations.
• Uphold service standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Handle administrative tasks including financial reports and scheduling.
• Lead front-of-house training and education.
• Interact with guests and cultivate return business.
• Support service team and guest recovery efforts.
• Monitor and improve service and staff performance.
• Lead onboarding and training programs per GM guidance.
