Rosa Mexicano in New York seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager FOH to lead warm Latin hospitality and drive restaurant performance. You will manage labor, sales, and guest experience, while coaching a high-energy team in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll ensure brand standards, DOH compliance, and strong guest relations, with opportunities for career growth across Rosa Mexicano. Salary ranges reflect market in NYC for FOH leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials (labor %, COGS, PMIX, P&L basics).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience with POS & scheduling systems (Toast, Harri/7Shifts, Restaurant365 a plus).
• Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working in both dining room and bar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead With Hospitality: set tone for Warm Latin Hospitality and coach team.
• Own Your Business: drive sales, manage labor, monitor PMIX, protect costs.
• Build & Develop Your Team: recruit, train, and recognize performance.
• Execute With Excellence: uphold service steps, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Communicate with BOH and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
