Job summary

Rosa Mexicano in New York City is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Front of House with warmth and precision. You’ll own the guest experience, coach a high-energy team, and deliver strong results while upholding our brand of Warm Latin Hospitality.

Responsibilities include driving sales through smart floor leadership, managing labor and scheduling, and protecting quality and DOH standards. You’ll recruit and develop the FOH team, execute pre-shifts, and foster accountability and

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials (labor %, COGS, PMIX, P&L basics).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience with POS & scheduling systems (Toast, Harri/7Shifts, Restaurant365 a plus).
• Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
