Job summary

Havana Central in Times Square, New York, is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead a dynamic team in a high-volume upscale-casual setting. You will oversee guest relations, supervise FOH staff, manage staffing, and ensure ambiance and service quality across shifts.

The role requires 2-5 years in a full-service restaurant, strong leadership, and P&L awareness. A 4-year degree and ServSafe certification are preferred; competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits accompany this

Qualifications

• Safety and sanitation compliance.

• Able to work 10 hour shifts with extensive standing/walking.
• P&L knowledge.
• ServSafe Food Manager + Alcohol Awareness Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house (FOH) functions on opening, mid or closing shift.
• Attend to guest relations, supervision of FOH staff and staffing levels.
• Maintain proper restaurant ambiance, housekeeping and setup, and food & beverage quality.
• Ensure shift runs smoothly and address emergencies as they arise.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and departmental financial goals (e.g., Smallwares/Repair & Maintenance).
