Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Front-of-House Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and staff during shifts. You will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain service standards, and collaborate with other outlets as needed.

The role requires supervising dining teams, managing schedules, and upholding safety, sanitation, and company policies. A strong focus on guest relations and cost control is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Four (4) years’ dining experience.
• Minimum of two years’ Food and Beverage supervisory experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front‑of‑the‑house restaurant operations and staff during shifts.
• Open/close outlets, ensure cleanliness and asset security.
• Manage scheduling, attendance records, and staffing levels.
• Monitor budget to optimize labor and resources.
• Observe guest satisfaction and provide improvements for service levels.
