Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking an F&B Food Hall Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations during shifts, mentor team members, and ensure top guest service standards. The role demands strong supervision, attention to safety, and the ability to manage diverse tasks in a high-volume casino dining environment.

You will monitor service quality, resolve guest concerns, and coordinate with other outlets as needed, while adhering to licensing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years of food and beverage experience.
• Minimum of one year of Food and Beverage supervisory experience; or a related degree.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State and Illinois Gaming Board regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house restaurant operations and staff during assigned shifts.
• Open and close shifts and ensure outlet is prepared and assets secured.
• Monitor guest service and satisfaction; address guest concerns promptly.
• Inspect outlets daily for safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment operation.
• Attend meetings and perform follow-up tasks as needed.
