Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise front-of-house operations, mentor staff, and ensure flawless guest experiences. You will manage shift readiness, scheduling, and safety, while upholding company standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires several years in dining supervision and the ability to obtain licenses per gaming regulations. This position is based at the Rockford location and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years’ dining experience required.
• Minimum of two years’ Food and Beverage supervisory experience; or a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or related field.
• Must obtain and maintain valid licenses per Federal, State and Illinois Gaming Board regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all front-of-house restaurant operations during assigned shift.
• Mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Open and close shift, ensure outlet is prepared and clean.
• Monitor scheduling, attendance, and staffing levels.
• Assist in budget monitoring and labor costs.
• Address guest concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
