Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Fine Dining Restaurant to lead front-of-house operations, supervise staff, and help manage budgets and guest services. This role emphasizes mentoring team members and maintaining high service standards within a fast-paced casino setting.

You will work closely with the Manager - Fine Dining to optimize menu pricing, food costs, and guest experiences while ensuring adherence to regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or equivalent with 3 years restaurant service and 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Rockford for dining and entertainment.
Hire, motivate, evaluate and supervise front-of-house staff to meet objectives.
Provide training to outlet personnel to ensure service standards are met.
Manage budget, staffing, and administrative processes for efficient operation.
Monitor guest satisfaction, volume, costs, promotions, and competitor programs.
