Postino Winecafe is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Phoenix to lead front-of-house operations and staff development, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting budgeted sales and profits.

You will direct planning and execution of service quality, inventory controls, and vendor coordination through Service Channel, maintaining safety and hospitality standards across locations.

Qualificações

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3–5 years in a lead/supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required

Responsabilidades

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff functions to deliver memorable experiences and meet budgeted sales and profits.
• Coordinate, supervise, and develop FOH and back-of-house teams to maintain service standards.
• Oversee beverage cost controls, inventory accuracy, and vendor management through Service Channel.
• Ensure cleanliness, decor standards, and safety compliance across all areas.
