Postino Winecafe in Scottsdale seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a team, direct and monitor staff, and deliver genuine hospitality that creates memorable guest experiences while efficiently using company resources to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.

You will manage beverages, inventory, vendor relations, safety, and maintenance, coaching staff to uphold standards and drive consistent performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Formación

• 1 year of full-service restaurant manager experience or 3–5 years in a lead/supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff functions to deliver positive memorable experiences and meet budgeted sales and profits.
• Oversee beverage ordering, pars, promotions, and cost control (COGs).
• Maintain FOH inventory accuracy and support beverage P&L management.
• Lead facilities walks and audits to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and decor standards.
