Postino Tempe is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach front- and back-of-house teams, and create memorable guest experiences in a lively, hospitality-driven setting.

You will manage beverage programs, scheduling, and inventory, partner with vendors, and ensure budgets and P&L targets are met while upholding Postino’s standards of service and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of full-service restaurant management experience, or 3–5 years in lead/supervisory roles.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.
