Job summary

Postino Winecafe in Boulder is seeking a diligent Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, manage staff development, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will drive beverage programs, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and budget targets.

The role requires 1 year of full-service management or 3–5 years in a leadership position, plus Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications. This on-site opportunity offers comprehensive benefits in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3–5 years in a lead/supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Certifications: Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, implement and monitor staff functions to deliver memorable experiences and meet budgeted sales/profits.
• Lead, schedule, and develop service staff and hosts for smooth operations.
• Oversee beverage ordering, inventory, and cost control; manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure cleanliness, decor standards, and safety compliance; participate in Safety Committee.
