Ideal candidates bring 1 year of full-service restaurant management or 3–5 years as a supervisor, plus ServSafe certification. Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff functions to deliver memorable experiences.
• Lead beverage ordering, pars, promotions, and cost control (COGs).
• Oversee scheduling, training, and development of service teams.
• Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, linens, pest control, and seasonal needs.
• Maintain FOH inventory accuracy and support beverage P&L management.
• Ensure menus, table talkers, and promotional materials are up to date.
