• Manage inventory, labor, and food costs to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
• Complete Ninety scorecard on weekly basis explaining ( the why) behind the score.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and service at every guest touchpoint.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
