Chick-fil-A Restaurants is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members in a fast-paced setting. You’ll help ensure excellent guest experiences, model the Chick-fil-A culture, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

The role emphasizes serving with a servant’s heart, strong character, initiative, and urgency, with responsibilities spanning task execution and staff development. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
