Chick-fil-A is seeking an Assistant Director of Front of House to lead guest experience and service delivery across dining room, drive-thru, and catering handoff. This role partners with the Executive Director of Operations to uphold hospitality standards, coaching, and daily operations.

You will foster teamwork, ownership, and accountability, develop Front of House leaders, and ensure fast, accurate, and caring service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or leadership preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and operational consistency.
• Ability to coach and develop others with professionalism.
• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House guest experience during all dayparts.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, customer care, and operational excellence.
• Coach team on hospitality standards and guest interactions.
• Assist with guest recovery situations with professionalism and urgency.
• Support dining room, drive-thru, front counter, mobile orders and catering handoff.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance across guest-facing areas.
• Foster teamwork between Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Lead and support Front of House Shift Leaders to meet operational expectations.
