Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guests' needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set the shift tone as a role model.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Maintain 5:00 AM start or 11:00 PM close availability.
• Lead operations as key holder.
• Communicate effectively with the team and guests.
