Job summary

Chick-fil-A North Dupont Hwy is seeking a Front of House Director to lead FOH operations including the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and delivery channels. You will coach the FOH leadership team to deliver Chick-fil-A’s hospitality and achieve performance goals.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership experience in quick-service or hospitality, with a focus on service standards and guest satisfaction. Availability includes early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in quick-service, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Open Availability including Saturdays.
• Strong understanding of Chick-fil-A service standards and brand culture.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop FOH Team Leaders and Team Members through coaching and feedback.
• Oversee guest-facing operations to ensure hospitality, speed, accuracy, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor guest experience metrics and drive improvements in engagement and service.
• Manage daily shift execution with proper staffing and labor management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards.
• Attend leadership meetings and communicate performance updates to the GM/Operator.
