Chick-fil-A Ocean Township seeks a Front of House Director to lead FOH strategy, develop leaders, and drive operational excellence across all guest touchpoints. The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and a culture of care to elevate performance and guest satisfaction.

You will champion Chick-fil-A’s Core Values, mentor Team Leaders, and collaborate with a seasoned Operator/Director team to sustain growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Chick-fil-A operational standards and FOH best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire.
• Highly organized, forward-thinking, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and analyze performance data.
• Flexible availability for opening/closing and peak events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute FOH strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coach and grow Team Leaders and Team Members through clear expectations.
• Design, optimize, and maintain systems for seamless FOH operations.
• Manage FOH labor, costs, and audits while driving profitability.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and adherence to Core Values.
• Collaborate with Operators and leadership to align goals and share best practices.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards; ensure compliance.
