Job summary

Outback Steakhouse in Bristol, Virginia seeks a Key position to support front-of-house operations and management. The role emphasizes a "whatever it takes" attitude to help deliver daily quality and consistency for Guests and team members.

Under direct supervision, this leader maintains standards, coaches staff, and coordinates internal communication to ensure a great dining experience and smooth service.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred experience in restaurant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
