Zego is hiring for a First Notification of Loss specialist in the US market. You'll handle incoming loss inquiries via phone, email and chat, capture details accurately, and route cases through the claims journey with empathy.

Qualifications

• Call centre experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and warmth when customers are distressed.
• Attention to detail and accurate information gathering.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise high-volume contacts.
• Availability to work 37.5 hours weekly, 5 days a week, including weekends.
• Willingness to use AI daily and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle First Notification of Loss queries by phone, email and live chat with empathy and efficiency.
• Capture all relevant claim details correctly at first contact.
• Triage customers and route to the correct next step in the claims journey.
• Leave customers feeling heard, supported and informed at a difficult moment.
• Keep records in claims management systems accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with Claims team and supply chain partners to ensure smooth progress.
